Watch the cutscene and head out to catch a train. If you do this perfectly, it will take a little bit longer than just hacking away, but you will still have full health when you leave, and who doesn't love full health? When he pops out of the stalls, give him a quick slash(or two if you can) and then run away. If you have forgotten or haven't played before, here is how to take care of him. If you have played Dead Rising 2, you know exactly who this guy is and how to beat him. Go to the safehouse and watch the security cameras to see the pyschopath from CURE dragging a woman into the bathroom. If you aren't content with slaughtering zombies, feel free to pick up some survivors, kill some survivors, or play the slots! If you are a higher level player, try and tame Snowflake! After you climb through the events and talk to Stacey, you are off the hook until 6:30. Make your way back to the safe house, and along the way drop by and pick up Bill with the gambling problem for a pp bonus. Before you go, grab the safe deposit key on the ground as well as the pyschopath boots on the other side of the room. Once you reach the security room a cutscene will play, and you will be on your way back to the safehouse. None of this should pose a problem to you, but if it does there are plenty of weapons and quick eats for you along the way.
Now that we are on 1-3, we run to arena security. Once you talk with Stacey for a minute(end case 1-1), you go find Rebecca. The first case begins with watching the security footage of the CURE member destroying the gates and letting the zombies out. The plot does change a little bit, but overall the story remains the same, as well as the foes you face. If you played Dead Rising 2, you won't be in for a ton of surprises. The largest noticable changes, other than the main character are the addition of Uranus Zone fun park, additional survivors, new combo cards, and item re-location. Frank West is back again! Dead Rising 2: Off the Record places you back in Fortune City, and it is largely the same.
